驻极体传声器及其性能研究

论文编号:WLX113  字数:8336,页数:18摘   要 随着通信技术和计算机技术的不断发展与壮大,相应围绕其产生的电子产业也必将有巨大的发展空间,而且相应的技术要求和性能指标也越来越高。驻极体传声器作为通信技术和计算机技术的附属电子产品,由于其优越的性能得到了许多开发商的重视和用户的青睐。 本论文主要介绍驻极体的原理和结构,以及重要元件的功能,由于用户对驻极体传声器的性能要求与日俱增,本文还进一步探索研究了影响驻极体传声器性能的一些因素,通过实验测出了一些相应的数据,如不同表面电位对应的灵敏度,不同塑环对应的灵敏度,不同测试条件对应的灵敏度,还有定性地分析了背极板小孔数量和振膜厚度对驻极体传声器灵敏度的影响.针对市场的要求,本文还介绍了单指向传声器,通过改进其结构,并研究相应性能,做出定性的分析。关键字: 驻极体  灵敏度  单指向  频响曲线Abstract With the development of communication technology and computer technology ,corresponding around its electronics industry will also have tremendous room to grow, and the corresponding technical requirements and performance indicators are getting higher and higher, electret microphone as the subsidiary electronic products of communication technology and computer technology because of their superior performance,  making a wide range of developers and users love it. This paper introduces electret principle and structure, as well as the function of important components, as the users’ requirements of the electret microphone performance in the growing, the paper also further explore a number of factors that impact the performance of electret microphone, Through experiments measured a number of corresponding data. Such as the different surface potential corresponding sensitivity, the difference from of plastic ring corresponding sensitivity, the different voltage test corresponding sensitivity , this paper also qualitative analysis the impact of electret microphone sensitivity by the number of holes on the back plate and the thickness of the diaphragm.
