工业缝纫机用触摸人机界面的设计

论文编号:WLX035  字数:10361,页数:26 摘   要 本论文是一个关于工业缝纫机触摸式人机界面的设计。采用触摸式按键主要是要顺应现在市场的需求,而且触摸式按键还有很多普通按键所不能及的优势,是一个更能被用户接受的设计。此设计的硬件设计结构比较清晰,采用AT89C55为主芯片,使用触摸芯片QT1080为输入设备,采用HT1621驱动液晶显示,通信方式是采用可靠性比较高的RS-485,还有X5045的辅助,使得硬件的设计比较完整,具有很高的可行性。软件方面的设计主要是要依据工业缝纫机需要实现的功能和硬件的设计。所以我们开发出了能实现所需功能,能够匹配硬件,还具有高可靠性的程序。 关键词:  工业缝纫机  人机界面  AT89C55  RS-485  QT1080  Abstract The content of this paper is about the design of industrial sewing machine’s human-machine interface using touch keys. The reason of using the touch keys is mainly to conform to the current market’s requirement and using touch keys has a lot of advantages which we can’t get if using normal touch keys. So this design can be accepted more easily by users. The structure of the hardware in this design is clear. The AT89c55 has been used as a controller. The touch chip QT1080 has been used as the input device. The role of the HT1621 in this design is LCD driver. And the communication we has used in this design is RS-485 which has relatively high reliability. We also have used X5045 to play a supporting role. All above make the design more complete and more feasible. The software in this design mainly according to the Industrial Sewing Machine’s function we need and the hardware design.
