LCD制程之偏光板贴附

论文编号:WLX033  字数:9591,页数:22摘   要 随着社会高度电子化发展,人与人之间的互动也愈趋频繁,于是在讯息的传递上讲求即时、互动功能的显示器技术也愈受重视。而液晶显示器具有薄型,重量轻,低耗电等优点,所以早已广泛被使用在个人及家庭用的电子商品上,近年来又由于大型化及彩色化技术提高,液晶显示器似乎有取代阴极射线管(CRT)的趋势,被喻为是21世纪明星产业之一。 本论文主要介绍液晶显示器与偏光板,以及影响偏光板贴附过程中的因素。由于液晶显示器的制造少不了偏光板,而且偏光板的贴附是影响液晶显示器质量的主要因素之一。本文进一步探索和研究影响偏光板贴附的一些因素,通过实验测出了一些相应的数据,根据数据分析影响质量的原因,依照这些原因,提出解决方法,从而提高产品的合格率,针对市场的要求,生产出符合市场要求的产品。本文还提出了一些改善方案,为提高产品的质量提供理论依据。关键字:液晶显示器  偏光板  贴附  Abstract With the rapid development, the electronic technology becomes more and more important , and the contact between people is also increasingly frequent. So we need the message transmission can be more convenient, and the technology of the monitors is also more attention. The LCD is thin, lightweight, low-power, therefore, it has been widely used in personal and family. In recent years , because it is large-scale and the color technology is improved, LCD seems to be to replace cathode-ray tube (CRT), and it is being hailed as one of the star industries in the 21st century. This paper deals with LCD monitor and polarizer, and the manufacturing process of the polarizer attached to LCD, and what impacts of the process we should attention to. The quality of attaching the polarizer is affect the quality of LCD monitors. This article will further explore and study the impact of the polarizer attached, through experiments and measured a number of corresponding data, according to the data to analysis the causes of what leading to the bad quality. In accordance with these reasons, some solutions are proposed. Then improve the eligibility rate of products , and to make the products what the market demands.
