半导体激光器与光纤耦合的理论设计

论文编号:WLX116  字数:10722,页数:21摘      要  半导体激光光纤耦合技术作为关键技术,日益受到人们广泛关注。本论文主要研究了半导体激光器与单模光纤的耦合的理论模型设计以及半导体激光器与光纤的耦合特性。首先综述了半导体激光器的发展历史和现状,以及不同的半导体激光器光纤耦合方式。粗略的提到了各种方案的结构差异和优缺点。其次,从理论上分析了半导体激光器的光束特性、光纤的传输特性以及半导体激光器与光纤耦合的耦合特性和影响耦合效率的各类因素。最后设计出半导体激光器与锥端微透镜单模光纤的耦合理论模型,并利用计算机进行数值计算。探讨了微透镜曲率半径以及工作距离对耦合效率的影响。关键词:半导体激光器;单模光纤;锥端微透镜;耦合效率;耦合特性Design for the Coupling between Abstract Optical fiber coupling technique of semiconductor laser is key technology, and it is receiving a wide publicity. This paper is studying the theory model of coupling of semiconductor laser and single mode optical fiber, and the characteristic of coupling of semiconductor laser and optical fiber. Firstly, this paper summarize history evolution and present situation of semiconductor laser and different characteristic of coupling of semiconductor laser and optical fiber. Make mention of architectural difference and merits and drawbacks of a variety of schemes. Secondly, analyse the characteristic of semiconductor laser, transfer characteristic of optical fiber, characteristic of coupling of semiconductor laser and optical fiber, and aspects which will affect coupling efficiency. Finally, design a theoretical model for semiconductor laser to fiber coupling and numerical calculation by computer.
