非接触式电子测速仪设计

摘要
 毕业设计任务是设计制作一个电子测速仪,属于非接触式的测速仪器。该电路包括稳压电源,转速信号检测头,时间控制,脉冲信号计数,译码器, 数码管显示以及发光二极管LED等电路模块。被测转轴转动一圈,红外对管发出一次检测信号。当转轴转速脉冲信号输入电路时,定时器 CD4541 按照所定时的时间开始定时,而计数器开始计数,并经译码电路译码驱动,且在数码管上显示。该测速仪的手动复位功能使其在测速过程中具有精确、可靠等作用,并且刷新周期很短。

Abstract
 A device used for electron measure velocity instrument is my program of designing at the end of my college life. Belong to not the contact type of measure velocity instrument. About this circuit, there are steady voltage electrical source power supply, rotate speed semaphore signal check hend, time control,impulse semaphore singal count,encoder,figures tube manifestation and LED diode of give out light ,and so on. While the shaft of be measured turning to move a turn,the hall switch will give out a measure single .When the circuit input what is the turning pulse single of shaft,the machine is used to be settled the hour will start to settle the hour according to the hour which of be settled, the machine of count will start to count ,then translate the code and drive through the circuit of translate the code,end,show in the figures tube .The reset of the electron measure velocity instrument isn’t auto,so that it can have some functions like precision and credibility,etc.The most importance ,the break of period is so short.
