摘 要
 温度是工业生产和科学实验中的重要参数之一,特别是在冶金、化工、建材、食品、机械、石油等工业中,温度的高低直接影响到许多产品的质量及使用寿命。随着电子技术和微型计算机的迅速发展,微机测量和控制技术也得到了迅速的发展和广泛的应用。利用微机对温度进行测控的技术,也随之而生,并得到日益发展和完善,越来越显示出其优越性。
 本次毕业设计的题目是工业通用温度控制器设计,通过温度传感器对温度进行采集,再由模数转换器对所采集的模拟信号转换为单片机可处理的数字信号。通过RS232/RS485串口转换电路与计算机通讯,实现数据的远距离传输,便于微机系统远程测控。利用Delphi 7.0+Microsoft SQL Server2000,组成温度监控管理系统,对温度进行实时控制和管理。此设计方案具有功能强、成本低、组件少、精度高、可靠性好、抗干扰性强、执行速度快、简单易行、使用范围广等特点。

Abstract
 Temperature is one of the important parameters in scientific experiment and industry, especially in metallurgy, chemistry, building materials, food, machinery, and oil industry. Temperature will directly affect the quality and service life of many products. With the rapid development of micro-electronic technology and microcomputer, microcomputer measurement and control technology have been developed and applied widely. The technology of how to use microcomputers to observe and control temperature grows up together, and is becoming more and more complete. Its advantages are realized increasingly.
    The subject for this graduation design is industrial temperature controller design. Using the temperature sensor to collect temperature, by Analog to Digital collection on the analog signal into the microcontroller can handle digital signals. Through the RS232/RS485 serial switching circuit and the computer communication, realizes the data long-distance transmission, is advantageous for the microcomputer system long-distance observation and control. Using Delphi 7.0 and Microsoft SQL Server2000, the composition temperature monitoring management system management system, carries on the real-time control and the management to the temperature. This design has powerful function, low cost, small components, high precision, reliability, noise-proof, fast implementation, simple, can be used in large area.
