程控直流稳压源的软硬件设计

摘  要
 该论文首先介绍了程控直流稳压源的基本概念、特征、典型生成技术、分类、应用领域、研究现状和发展趋势。然后简要介绍了具体方案的选择,并加以论证。在此基础上,论文接着着重介绍系统硬件电路设计和系统软件设计,阐述设计思路,并进行了设计仿真与调试。最后论文对本次设计作了简单的总结。
 本设计制作的数控电源,可以达到每步0.1V的精度,输出电压范围0~15V,电流可以达到2A。利用AT89C51作为主控芯片,数/模转换模块以DAC0832为主的电路控制输出电压大小,通过放大器放大,给电压模块作为最终输出的参考电压,真正的电压电流由电压模块LM350输出。设置三个按键,来实现电压的增减,并带有数码显示模块。

Abstract
 This paper gives an introduction of Program Control DC Power Supply, including the basic concept, its features, the generation technology , classification, application, the present related researches and its future development. Then the paper briefly explains the process of making a specific program. Furthermore, the paper focuses on the introduction of the system hardware design and the system software design, explaining the design ideas as well as the simulation and debugging. Finally this paper gives a simple summary of this design.
 The design of DC power supply controlled by program has the following features: First, the accuracy of each step is 0.1V. Second, the range of the output voltage is 0~15V. Third, the output current can be reached 2A. With AT89C51 used as the master chip, the output voltage of this design is controlled by the DAC module circuit, of which the main part is the chip DAC0832. And when the voltage is amplified the voltage module gets reference voltage, while the real output voltage and current are made by the voltage module LM350. Meanwhile, three keys are used to change the voltage, also the digital display module is applied to this design.
