车载逆变电源设计

 摘要
 DC/AC逆变器是应用功率半导体器件,将直流电能转换成交流电能的一种变流装置,供交流负载使用。因此,逆变技术在开发和利用的领域中有着至关重要的地位。
 本设计则针对车载逆变电源,系统地论述了DC/AC车载逆变器技术的现状、发展、制作过程及应用。其中通过采用芯片TL494CN构成了该逆变电源的核心控制电路,以及在电路中选用了EI33型的高频变压器,大大降低了该逆变电源的成本及重量,逐步改善了逆变器的性能。整个电路将输入的12V的直流电通过二次频变转换成220V/50Hz的交流电后输出,并且具有输出过压保护,输入过压保护以及过热保护等功能。

ABSTRACT
 The DC/AC inversion is a semiconductor component, and also a variable installment, which transfers the DC into AC. The inversion is used to load AC. Therefore, the inversion technology is very important in the area of development and using.  
 This topic introduces the present situation, development, manufacturing process and application systematically on inversion power resource of vehicle. Making the key control electrical circuit by chipTL494CN, and choose the High-frequency transformation EI33 in the electrical circuit, and it reduces the cost and weight greatly, improves the inversion performance gradually. Through used chip TL494CN to constitute this contra variant power source core control circuit, as well as has selected the EI33 high-frequency transformer in the electric circuit. The electrical circuit will transfer the inputted 12V DC into 220V/50Hz AC by the second frequency conversion and then output it, and the electrical circuit has some functions included outputted over voltage protection, inputted over voltage protection, over heat protection and so on.
